What we collect

• Purchases: when you buy, Polar (our merchant of record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the product and support you. Card details are never shared with us.
• Support emails: the messages you send us.
• Website statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page views only.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Why and how long

We use purchase data to deliver products, handle refunds and meet tax/accounting obligations (kept as long as the law requires). We don't sell your data. We only email you about your order unless you opt in to our newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
